An hour of moderate, sustained dance burns 250-300 calories - twice as much as tennis, swimming, walking, or bicycling. An hour of vigorous dancing - such as the Jitterbug or Lindy Hop - can burn up to 400 calories.

the dance floor will only start jan 2007. seriously it's weird, cos the judges are kumar, wong li-lin, levan wee (from the band ronin i think) and fiona xie. sry to say but other than li-lin i seriously doubt the credibility of the other judges. plus the voting system. tsk.

anyway, auditions shud be on 24 oct instead. just realised it's hari raya, so no school! =)

haha.. long time since i felt this way! whee!! ... thos aches make me realised tt ive not been exercising. haha! and this is definitely good, each time i watched the o crew's dance, haha i cant help it but to work even harder. haha think we had a great time last night too.. haha. trying to escape (ahem!).. haha.. yeah.. jia u! we can create miracles and history with our Lord almighty, because we are dancign for one audience. dunno wad's got into me.. haha. but well.. jia u jia u jia u! we can do all thing thru his strength (my version!)haha.

Definitely the best performance that evening for me. this is O crew at Overdrive semi-finals 250906. spent that night with christine, yenli and jacq and i've a few footages of the brillant teams of that evening. this is not taken with my camera, mine has a limited view but more close-up. anyway, enjoy~!

2nd season of "So You Think You Can Dance" premieres on the 2nd Oct (mon) 7.30pm, channel 5. be sure to catch it and be inspired. heard from DK that there's a bboy crew to look out for, "sickstep". maybe they can do the 6-step so quick and nice and dirty that it's sick! anyhow, im looking for it before the dance floor starts.

didn't have time to share yesterday, but really want to thank you for teaching me so much. you're a visionary and passionate sister, who really encourages me through your great faith and total dependence on God. your life is a wonderful testimony of God's reality, and i'm sure your family and friends will come to know God soon and very soon (dun have to wait till 21st party). thank you for your sacrificial spirit and willingness to lead the challenging genres when called. hee. and it's okay we din't get a photo of patrick nor his autograph...
