Back to school...

Apologies for those who were trying hard to contact me for the past few days, I was at kukup, malaysia for wam retreat. Therefore there was also no dance practice yesterday.

For this month, we will be gearing toward the preparation of the 2nd ESS. As circumstances restrict the number of the dancers who will be involved directly in this production, the rest of us can be part of the other happenings. We will still meet weekly starting 9th Jan (Tues). A later timing (6.30-8.30) has been booked for our America Rm trainings as there are some who have work and school till late afternoon.

Auditions will also be taking place in January. I have a couple of names from the ministry drive and some who approached me directly. It would tentatively be on the 23rd, so please let me know within these 2 weeks if you have any more names of those interested to join us.

Finally, the next WAM vision night is on 15th Jan (Mon). Do take note that from now on WAM vision nights are on mondays instead of tuesdays. For those who need to plan ahead, you can also block out 26th feb and 19th march for wam vision night. For the uninformed, WAM vision night is basically a night for the worship, arts and media volunteers across the whole church to gather to meet God together in worship and teaching. There is often sharing by Ps Lawrence on topics specific to these ministries or on our personal walk with God. We do not just want to grow in skills, but also in our heart attitudes, so it is a privilege to be able to attend these meetings.

As today is also the start of a new school term for many of you, I pray that God will lead you to be effective in your studies and channel the same outreach momentum we had in December to your schools. Let us put God first in everything that we do, we are christians who happen to be students.
