hello! it's bridget in the hse!
this week's workout wld be the same again as last week:
2-3 rounds warm up. (one round is 400m)
stretching 5-8 mins
run 1.6km. timed, and record.
for girls, pls complete each 400m in within 3mins.
for guys, pls complete each 400m in within 2mins.
after workout pls do not sit. walk or preferably jog arnd until you catch ur breath.
