hello! it's bridget here again!

this week's workout:
2-3 rounds warm up. (one round is 400m)
stretching 5-8 mins

run 1.6km. timed, and record.
for girls, pls complete each 400m in within 3mins.
for guys, pls complete each 400m in within 2mins.
after workout pls do not sit. walk or preferably jog arnd until you catch ur breath.

in addition, do your sit ups and push ups.
do 30 for each in intervals of 10.

pls rmb to do ur cool down 2 rounds and stretching to avoid muscle aches.

and! to not let all this effort go to waste, let's try to avoid soft drinks and fast food!
