hello my dear fellow dancers!
it's bridget here in the house!

so i'm here for the benefit of those who did not or were unable to attend saturday's (310307) training.

everyone should now have a personal progress card to keep track of your own individual fitness, and required to train at least once a week at your own discipline.
training workouts would either be posted here or smsed to you by sunday, so always check out this blog and your hp. oh and drop a tag or reply my smses when you have read them for acknowledgement!
please make sure that the training is completed in the suggested timing and always yearn to improve. (we don't really wanna see stagnant fitness)
both jiali and i will be keeping a record of your progress for moniteering, which means we will be asking for your progress card either once a week or at our own leisure for results submission. (this sounds a bit scary, but pls dun be scared. be glad you're not serving the NS. XD)

the reward system is still under discussion, but please do not use this as the sole motivation, cos the true push factor shld be to bring dance ministry up to a higher standard.

we do hope that everyone will be disciplined in doing this. this can be a time to have breakthrough in self discipline! maybe someday one of our dance member can share a testimony on this!
in any case, you guys can call each other up and run together, treat this as fellowship!
